Tour kick off and Wichita 2/27 and 2/28

So we kicked off our tour yesterday!

Because people have asked, I'm playing bass for Abi Robins' band every night of the tour. Also, most nights, I will be performing my own original music as an opening act.

Last night we played at the hi-dive in Denver Colorado. This was abi's CD release show. After practicing with her and the band for only two days, we hit the stage. The show was a great way to start off the tour.

This morning we headed out of town at about 8am towards Wichita KS. Arriving at the venue, The Vertical Violet, we were welcomed with big smiles and homemade chili. The venue is actually a house that hosts touring bands and puts them up for the night. We literally played in a living room full of couches. It was amazing! Tons of great people. I should also mention that we are touring with another musician named Zach Balch. Very talented. Great voice and flawless song writing

We're heading out to Kansas City tomorrow.
